WHO IS SERGIO CARDENAS?

Master Sergio Cardenas has spent over 30 years helping children and families build confidence, focus, and character through martial arts - life skills that reach far beyond the mat. He opened his first school in 2003, and now is opening 4Leaders with an emphasis on developing leaders.

Recognized by the City of San Juan Capistrano for his work mentoring youth, Master Cardenas brings both elite martial-arts experience and a deep passion for developing strong, respectful young leaders.

What age groups can join your martial arts classes?

We offer classes for kids, teens, and adults of all skill levels. Our programs are designed to suit beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Kids must be at least 3 years old to join.

Do I need prior experience to start training?

Not at all! Most of our students start as complete beginners. We teach everything step-by-step in a supportive, encouraging environment.

What should I wear for my first class?

Comfortable workout clothes are fine for beginners. Once you enroll, we’ll guide you on the proper uniform and gear needed for training.

Is martial arts training safe?

Yes! Safety is our priority. Our instructors emphasize proper technique and controlled practice to minimize the risk of injuries.

What will my child learn besides martial arts?

We focus on confidence, focus, discipline, and respect—skills that help kids do better in school, at home, and in life.
